  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

  • Billed monthly; cancel anytime before the next billing cycle
  • Includes unlimited resource cataloging, advanced features, and priority support

Enterprise Plan

Billing Terms

  • All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise
  • Charges are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods

Intellectual Property

Our Property

The Cluesora platform, website, brand, logos, documentation, and all related intellectual property are owned by Cluesora. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Cluesora (books, documents, resources). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display that content solely to provide you with the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by the Cluesora platform (syllabi, curricula, summaries, analytics) is provided for your use. You may use AI-generated outputs in your work, subject to applicable laws. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content and recommend human review.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.

Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
  • We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible
  • Enterprise plans include specific SLA and uptime guarantees as outlined in your service agreement

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Cluesora is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind
  • We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cluesora, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us
  • We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
  • We will make your data available for export for 30 days after termination

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
